Hello, I’m Torrie Wilson.

I spent nearly 9 years as a pro-wrestler & have been a model for nearly 20 years. I began my career with starvation diets to look like a stick and discovered my love for being STRONG, healthy and capable after battling an eating disorder as a young adult.

Being on the road nearly 300 days a year with the WWE made staying fit a challenge at times. Excuses are not allowed when it comes to embodying strength & confidence so you can bet I have tried all sorts of diets and workouts. To say exhausting would be an understatement.
