As you get closer to your goals, you often realize how much MORE you are capable of. As you rise, your expectations start changing in a good way. :)
Setting mini goals along the way towards anything is important.
Because feeling accomplished & SEEING progress keeps you motivated to keep going. Progress can be visual and mental so don’t forget to pat yourself on the back during those times you choose to show up for those workouts or skip dessert.
Sometimes you need to notice the mental changes & actually begin to feel the changes inside before witnessing the outside transformation you want.
Consistency is what leads to lifelong health. Not a quick fix. So here is your gentle reminder to make gradual changes that you can live with for the long haul..and to stop beating yourself up for being human.
Get back up. There is no other option when you fall.
All of my programs are a guide for you, but it’s up to you to actually do it..so make sure you are holding yourself accountable and finding what fuels YOU to keep going. It will probably change as you do.
